The committee chairman said the capital expenditure stood at N152 billion while the recurrent expenditure is N91 billion.

The committee chairman said the current budget structure is complicated and has made it difficult to trace a particular capital allocation for scrutiny.

After the presentation, the house unanimously adopted the report of the committee and urged the executive arm to lay the budget before the house at least three months before the end of the year for proper scrutiny.
