Veteran Nollywood actor, director, and producer, Ramsey Nouah, has declared that talent alone is insufficient to build a lasting career in the film industry, emphasizing that discipline and consistency are essential for long-term success.

The award-winning filmmaker made the remarks during a recent interview shared on Instagram, where he reflected on his career spanning over three decades in Nigerian cinema.

Nouah noted that public perception often equates fame with instant success while overlooking the immense effort, sacrifice, and dedication required behind the scenes.

Responding to whether achieving success or maintaining it presents the greater challenge, the actor asserted that long-term relevance hinges on continuous effort rather than a single victory.
