Super Eagles midfielder, Alex Iwobi, has celebrated his club side Everton’s draw with Premier League champions Manchester City amongst other accolades.
The Toffees held Manchester City to a draw at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
Erling Haaland gave City the lead in the 24th minute and Demarai Gray ensured the game finished even with a strike in the 64th minute.
Iwobi took to Twitter to celebrate the point as well as other accomplishments.
“Big Result. 100 App For Everton. 200 App in the Prem. Parents Anniversary. A Year Of Serious Mental Challenges… Entering ’23 Grateful,” the Tweet reads.
Iwobi has bagged one goal and five assists in 17 Premier League appearances for Everton this term. He has netted 10 times in 58 games for Nigeria.
Everton occupy the 16th spot on n the Premier League table with 15 points after 17 games.
