Igho ‘Tiny’ Ubiribo’s Son Alleges Father Was Killed, Accuses Stepmother Over Inheritance

The son of late British-Nigerian businessman and social media influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has disputed the circumstances surrounding his father’s death, alleging that he was killed and accusing his stepmother of withholding information from the family.

Ubiribo, 43, died in Bangkok, Thailand, in March after undergoing a penile filler procedure. A London coroner’s inquest concluded that he died from a pulmonary embolism linked to the procedure, which involved the injection of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine. 

However, in a video circulating online, Ubiribo’s son rejected the account, insisting that he believed his father had been killed.

He also questioned whether the reported procedure could have caused injuries he claimed were found on his father’s body.

The son alleged that the family was not given adequate information about what happened in Thailand, accusing his father’s wife of leaving them in the dark.

He claimed that family members only learnt details surrounding the death at the same time as the public.

He further alleged that his inheritance had been taken by his father’s wife, claiming that several of his late father’s properties had also disappeared.

The allegations have not been independently verified, and they contradict the findings of the London coroner’s inquest. Meanwhile, Thai health authorities have begun investigating the clinic where Ubiribo received the procedure.
