Carter Efe Links Peller to TikTok Account Ban Amid Resurfaced Video

Nigerian content creator Carter Efe has linked fellow entertainer Peller to the controversy surrounding the permanent ban of his TikTok account, which had more than 5.6 million followers.

Carter Efe’s account was permanently banned by TikTok on September 9, with the platform reportedly citing multiple violations of its community guidelines.

The development sparked reactions online, particularly after an old video of Peller resurfaced showing him appealing to his followers to report Carter Efe’s TikTok account.

The video, which began circulating on social media after Carter Efe’s account was banned, reignited the long-running tension between the two content creators.

In the footage, Peller urged his followers to take action against Carter Efe’s account during an earlier disagreement between the pair.

The resurfaced video led some social media users to speculate that Peller may have played a role in the latest ban.

Peller later addressed the accusations in a video circulated on September 10. He acknowledged seeing the claims but pointed instead to Carter Efe’s activities during his livestreams, suggesting that TikTok had reasons of its own for taking action against the account.

However, there is no confirmed evidence that Peller personally caused TikTok to ban Carter Efe’s account.

TikTok’s reported explanation remains that the account was permanently removed following multiple violations of its community guidelines.

The ban has left Carter Efe without access to an account that had amassed more than 5.6 million followers and over 158 million likes, marking a major setback for the digital creator on the platform.
