The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has informed the general public, especially Prospective Corps Members, that the 2026 Batch ‘C’ Stream One Orientation Course will commence on Wednesday, September 30, and end on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
The director, Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, disclosed this in a press statement, adding that the swearing-in ceremony would be held on Friday, October 2, 2026.
She said the registration of all Corps Members will commence on Wednesday, September 30, and end on Friday, October 2, 2026
“The three-week exercise is scheduled to take place in all the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. The Director-General of NYSC, Brigadier Olakunle Nafiu, wishes all the Prospective Corps Members and Course Officials safe trips to their respective Orientation Camps,” she said.
According to her, the director general also enjoins the prospective corps members to avoid night travel and board vehicles at designated motor parks.
