Well, after a few more minutes of discussing the interview process, Luba walked me out to my car. She was still intent on her back up plan so I said nothing. We would be holding the interview as soon as the deadline application as over in like ten days.

As I drove back home, I was still brooding over the japa issue when Altine called. In spite of having my bluetooth earphones I did not answer the call, as it would only worsen my distraction .

What with all the worries of finding a good employee an Luba’s backup plan that went against my work ethics. I decided to call Altine back as soon as I got home which was ten minutes after her call. Driving in, I parked the car out front and getting out began calling Altine. “Maimuna, you’ve forgotten your best friend?”
