The Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has joined in commemorating the 2026 Customer Service Week, pledging to improve service delivery to the public.
The State Commandant, CC Sani Mustapha, said on Friday that the Command aligned with the 2026 theme: “Going the Extra Mile”, which he described as a call for greater commitment, determination and professionalism in service to the populace.
The Command’s SERVICOM Unit said the Week underscores the need for progressive and result-driven customer engagement, efficient Turnaround Time (TAT), public trust and customer satisfaction.
“A satisfied customer is a happy customer whose trust you have earned, and you must always strive to keep the relationship” the Unit said.
Speaking at the event, Commandant Mustapha reaffirmed that under the leadership of the Commandant-General, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, the Corps was committed to going the extra mile to deliver on its mandate of protecting lives, property and critical national assets and infrastructure.
He assured residents of the Command’s resolve to dutifully serve the public in line with the SERVICOM mantra, “You have the right to be served right.”
