Today we’ll be discussing the advice given to the Nigerian government by Niger Republic President, Mohammed Bazoum, that African countries battling terrorism need to come up with new strategies for dealing with the challenges against sustained attacks by terrorists parading as bandits after the attack on the train along Abuja-Kaduna rail line. The use of mercenaries is the latest issue of contention at the moment.
