Cross River State Labour Party (LP), chairman Amb. Patriarch Ogar Osim Wednesday in a media chat with journalists stated that the party’s presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi has all what it takes to revamp the nation’s ailing economy.

Osim made the remarks in an interactive session with journalists at the Ernest Etim Bassey press centre Calabar to drum support for the party’s presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi.

The LP chieftain maintained that  Obi is the only candidate in the face whose health, academic records and health does not need to be ascertained or defended.

“Peter Obi has everything that Nigerians need in a leader that will change the sorry state of our country.

“He is the best among the best. He is the only candidate in the race that you don’t need a team of doctors to ascertain his state of health, neither do we need a team of lawyers to defend his academic records or his source of wealth,” Osim maintained.

The LP chairman described Obi’s ambition as being beyond politics stressing that his ambition is a divine movement rooted in God Almighty for Nigeria.
