Aviation Customers Got Most Exciting Flying Experience In 2022 December

A prominent player in Nigerian aviation industry and the station manager, Arik Air Abuja, Amb. Dangana Haruna Ibrahim has said the Aviation sector offered its numerous customers most unforgettable and exciting flight experience in Dec. 2022, a milestone he said the sector will uphold.

According to Amb. Dangana who spoke with correspondents in Abuja on Wednesday, the last one month recorded smooth operations despite surge in number of air passengers.

He said there were minimal issues across some airlines but they were up and doing in meeting the needs of customers.

“December 2022 should be one of the smooth December operations with lesser issues. Unlike other years that passengers had pockets of complains, we were strategic in ensuring that we satisfy them and even surpass their expectations and this is a service culture we hope to uphold all year round” he said

He continued, “Aviation authority has put task force in place to sanction any default. In SOP and procedures

Amb. Dangana who was recently as Aviation Man of the Year during the Nigerian Youth Achievers Awards 2022 hails from saminaka, Lere LGA in Kaduna State.

He is reputed to have touched lives through his philanthropic activities in his community Kaduna and beyond. He is also said to have empowered young people across the length and breadth of this nation.

Not long ago, he joined the list of 2022 Peace Achievers awardees along with respected Nigerians, such as the governor of Nasarawa state, Engr. Abdullahi Sule, his Delta state counterpart and the vice presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa, member representing Ika federal constituency, Honourable Victor Nwokolo, Founder Freelight of Nigeria Youth Foundation, Hajiya Farida Musa Jauro and many more in winning the award.
