American rapper Nicki Minaj’s legal team is moving to withdraw from representing her in an ongoing lawsuit, citing a severe breakdown in communication.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the law firm Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever has asked a judge for permission to step down from defending Nicki and her company, Pink Friday Productions, in a lawsuit filed by 24/7 Productions.
The plaintiff claims that the rapper failed to reimburse over $200,000 in expenses related to her Pink Friday 2 album project.
The law firm stated that “irreconcilable differences” regarding how to handle the case have made it impossible to continue working together. Process servers attempting to deliver court notices also reported difficulties reaching the star at her residence.
