Wudil, who was represented by pice president of NSE, Engr Bemigho Ofoeyeno, urged the newly inducted members to actively participate in the activities of the Society and in such activities that would foster the development of the engineering profession.

“I also encourage you to abide by the Code of Ethics of the Engineering Profession at all times,” he said.

Earlier, in his welcome address, the chairman of the Nigerian Society of Engineers Abuja branch, Engr Ben Osy Okoh said the induction ceremony was to welcome the new members to the branch and the engineering family, bring to their knowledge some of the activities of the branch and the society in general, stimulate interest on what the future holds for them as engineers, and emphasised on the need to follow the engineering code of ethic in their practice.

He extolled the qualities of the guest speaker and expressed confidence he would do justice to the topic.
