Rivers State deputy governor, Dr. Ipalibo Harry-Banigo, has been declared winner of the Rivers West senatorial district election held on Saturday.
Harry-Banigo defeated the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former chairman of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Hon. Asita, to emerge victorious.
