Adewumi Adeyanju: Nigerian Music Blogger, Promoter, ‘Biesloaded’, Discovering Superstars

Popular Nigerian music blogger, Adewumi Adeyanju, doesn’t seem to detach from his passion to keep discovering and growing talents. The 29-year-old Adewumi Adeyanju, a music blogger with style, has helped top A-list music stars turn around their fortunes.

Meanwhile, he was set to headline the ‘Zanku to the world concert’. However, the performance was unexpectedly cut short as hordes of supporters tried to rush the venue. Blogger Biesoloaded, had been preparing to hit the stage to perform his viral song “blogger blogger” featuring Mohbad at the event. He’s been called the best music blogger.

Adewumi Adeyanju has made frequent appearances on Channels Tv, Indani TV, HipTV, TVC, and many specialty entertainment channels. He has collaborated with musicians, international brands, independent producers, and influencers. He also has several endorsement deals such as Home insurance with Real estate firms, Music distribution deals, and he is on retainer with several other companies.

Biesloaded, as he is fondly called, has been an entrepreneur since his university days when he first founded his own entertainment blog. Biesloaded went on to work with top entrepreneurs ranging from Tony Elumelu of UBA to YBNL CEO, Olamide Baddo. He maintains that his work in the African entertainment space has always been a means to an end. The African-born Music Blogger, singer, and entrepreneur had previously studied at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, in southwestern Nigeria.

The star went on to further his career in 2020 after signing a deal with one of Nigeria’s major label imprints, releasing his viral single ‘Blogger Blogger’, and also making a special appearance on a Davido with Zlatan song. This was despite being arrested back in 2019 alongside singer Naira Marley, Zlatan Ibile, and other people by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for allegedly engaging in fraud. They were later released four days later due to a lack of evidence against them.

He introduces himself as a “multi-media music personality” and with more than 40,000 likes on Instagram and 800,000 followers on Instagram, Adewumi Adeyanju, alias Biesloaded, is an influencer in the entertainment industry, monetizes on his experiences and popularity by forging partnerships with music stars big and small in the industries.

His success is part of a wider moment for the so-called music blogging industry, as a music genius in Africa recently became the first male music blogger to sign a record distribution deal, Zanku Records, and Malian Records. Adewumi has worked for the likes of Burna Boy, Davido, Olamide, Wizkid, and the rest.
