Kano PRP, ADP Candidates Congratulate Abba

Kano State governorship candidate under Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) Salihu Tanko Yakasai, has congratulated Abba Kabir Yusuf for winning the Kano 2023 gubernatorial election.

This was contained in a statement signed by spokesperson of PRP gubernatorial candidate, Suhaib Auwal Gwagwarwa and made available to newsmen in Kano.

Salihu Tanko Yakasai said “I wish to congratulate my brother Abba Kabir Yusuf of NNPP for emerging victorious in the recently concluded governorship election.

“I am optimistic that he would use his experience to move the state  forward, considering how the state has gone backwards in different areas of development.

“I urge you to work hard to revive the reputation of Kano state.”

Yakasai thanked his party leaders, supporters, family friends and all the people who voted for him due to the confidence they reposed in him.

In a related development the gubernatorial candidate of ADP, Malam Sha’aban Ibrahim Sharada congratulated Abba Abba Gida for winning the gubernatorial seat in the state.

Sharada who spoke through a voice mail via his Whatsapp, called on the governor-elect to see his victory as an act of God and should try to work hard in order to shame the devil.

He urged his supporters to embrace peace and cooperate with the winner in order to move the state forward.
