A real estate expert and founder of Audacia Prime Realty, Bright Sekoni, has urged Nigerians to invest in a mixed-use property, stressing that it is the best way to improve on income.

The real estate expert stressed that investing in property rentals and charging a higher rent is a way to boost income.

He advised the people to take advantage pre-launch sale of Montana Business and Residential City.

Speaking on the residential city, Sekoni said it is a development by Audacia that reinvents the typical urban dwelling by aiming to build a vertical mix of commercial and residential uses that enhance all clients’ quality of life.

The real estate mogul further explained, “Montana Phase 3 is developed by Audacia properties, Multi-Billion naira real estate development company with projects serving over 500 residents Worldwide.

“Audacia leads the market with estates like Adunni: Nigeria’s first exquisite residential resort and game city, which was built to give you a homely experience beyond comfort. This estate has appreciated over 200% in less than a year and has made investors billions of naira worth in property value.

“The Auda-city: A premium housing estate that is built to last. A property that suits your perfect home needs, be it through breathtaking views, outdoor activities, or a vibrant community.”

On design specific design at the estate, he  said, “There are no specific building designs in the estate. Our residents have been given the full authority to be creative with their homes and buildings. We don’t believe in limits to innovative desire.

“Once all your documents have been transferred to you, the power to resell has also been granted.

“However, we do not have a specific time guarantee for the resale of your property. We also help customers resell their properties after some time, but there are terms to it.

“The estate and its environs have a development expectation plan. Full development and infrastructure will be visible in a few years.

“However, you can start building on your plot before that time.

“The roads leading to Montana Phase 3 are motorable and very accessible. The estate faces a massive six-lane expansion road in Epe.”
