Uba Sani Gets Certificate Of Return As Kaduna Governor-Elect

Kaduna State governor-elect Senator Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress (APC) yesterday received his certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Kaduna State office.

The present deputy governor who is deputy governor-elect, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, was also issued certificate of return.

Also presented their certificates of return were members elect from the local government constituencies for the Kaduna State House of Assembly.

While the INEC administrative secretary Auwal Mashi made the presentation to all the members elect of the House of Assembly, the INEC National Commissioner in charge of Kaduna. Katsina and Sokoto Alhaji Mohammed Haruna presented the certificates to the governor-elect and deputy.

Addressing a crowd at the Yar Adua Hall of Murtala  Muhammed Square, the elated governor elect appreciated the crowd for the support given him during the March 18 election.

He assured the people of Kaduna State that he would govern with equity, fairness and justice, calling for maximum support as he is prepared to ensure that Kaduna is further taken to an enviable height.

He also called on party members to remain calm and avoid giving to any provocation of any kind as he is now the governor for all regardless of party, tribe, religion or ethnicity.
