Quality Service Delivery Propels Universal Insurance To Win Award

For its operational excellence, effective branch network, quality service delivery and customer relations, among others, Universal Insurance Plc was awarded Excellence in General Insurance Leadership Company of the year 2022.

It won the award courtesy of at the annual Excellence in Corporate Enterprise and Leadership Awards (Excel Africa Awards).

The Excel Africa Awards is an initiative of the African Leadership Review Media and the African Institute for Leadership Excellence, designed to celebrate selected African Corporate Organisations who have made outstanding contribution to the development of the continent, the economic aspirations of its citizenry and the transformation of Africa’s image in the global arena.

Receiving the award on behalf of the company, the managing director/CEO, Universal Insurance Plc, Dr. Ben Ujoatuonu, expressed his gratitude to the organisers of the event for the well-deserved award.
