Members of the group which converged around Old Airport Roundabout in Jos, the state’s capital conducted themselves peacefully.

Joined by other civil society groups, Prophet Isa El-buba highlighted the demand of the protesters to include good governance, accountability and basic social amenities.

He however maintained that the protesters would remain at the Old Airport Roundabout for the next 10 days if their demands were not met.

He said the people cannot fold their hands while everything in the country is going wrong “as if there is no leadership.”
