A year after undergoing life-saving surgery abroad, Moses Amiebenomo, widely known as Celebrity Carpenter, is back on the scene, stronger and more determined than ever. The renowned craftsman and CEO of Sagesse De Dieu Ltd marked his return with a bold announcement: a brand new luxury furniture showroom will open in Abuja this July.
His reappearance at several project sites across the city was met with overwhelming joy and celebration from workers and clients alike. Known for his innovation, humility, and dedication to quality, Amiebenomo wasted no time rallying his team, commending them for their loyalty and excellence during his medical hiatus.
“I am truly proud of this team. Their dedication kept the vision alive while I recovered,” he said. “Now, we’re back and we’re taking it to another level.”
While the exact nature of the surgery remains undisclosed, Amiebenomo expressed heartfelt gratitude to God for a successful operation and healing. “This was a near-death experience. I came back to life with a renewed purpose to serve, to build, and to empower,” he added.
Big Plans Ahead: New Showroom, New Designs, Same Excellence
Amiebenomo revealed that preparations are in full swing for the launch of his company’s flagship showroom in Abuja. The showroom will unveil breathtaking new furniture designs and project innovations. The July launch is expected to draw industry stakeholders, celebrities, and fans from across Nigeria.
More than just a carpenter, Amiebenomo has become a symbol of creative excellence and grassroots empowerment. From bespoke interiors to architectural-grade woodwork, his creations continue to attract admiration for their global-standard quality at affordable rates.
A Legacy of Impact
Beyond business, Celebrity Carpenter is celebrated for his unwavering commitment to youth development. His Carpentry Academy, launched in the Dei-Dei area of the FCT, has trained and empowered dozens of young Nigerians many of them from underprivileged backgrounds. Mothers across the community hailed the initiative for transforming their children’s futures through skill acquisition.
In addition to offering full scholarships at the academy, Amiebenomo has led several humanitarian interventions, including food and material support for struggling families amidst economic hardship.
In recognition of his extraordinary service to youth empowerment, he was turbaned last year with the traditional title of Garkuwan Matasa (Protector of the Youth) of Fillin-Dabo, Dei-Dei.
As he returns to the helm of his brand, Amiebenomo revealed he plans to step down as CEO soon. This will allow new leadership to emerge while he focuses on expanding training programs and launching new innovations in furniture design.
