1XBET Cup 2025: Organisers Pay Courtesy Visit To Lagos Lottery Board

The Organising Committee of the 1XBET Cup, in collaboration with its sponsors, 1XBET, paid a courtesy visit to the Lagos State Lottery Board ahead of the 2025 1XBET Cup championship.

Speaking during the courtesy visit, Chairman of the Organising Committee and Consultant to the tournament, Engr Waidi Akanni, stressed the importance of the visit as the board is the regulators of ⁠lottery activities in the state.

“Ahead of the 2025 edition of the 1XBET Cup, we feel it is important to visit the

board been the regulators of lottery activities in Lagos”. “This is part of 1XBET’s CSR of bonding with the community and also creating a platform to help develop the talents of budding footballers” the former Super Eagles player said.

In response, the Chairman/CEO of the Lagos Lottery Board, Mr Abiola Are welcomed the 1XBET Cup organising committee and hailed the noble idea.

The 2025 edition of the tournament’s preliminary round matches will kick off on July 8 at the Inspire Sports Arena in Oshodi.

The Final will take place on October 16, 2025 at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos.
