The director, finance and account of the agency, Mr Isa Hada, who represented Barrister Alumaga said the government has reached out to victims of flood in Tunga, Awe and Rukubi in Doma local government area.

The governor announced a personal donation of N6million, with N5million to be shared among the victims of the flood, while the remaining one million to be shared among women, elders and youths.

Both the federal and the Nasarawa State governments have distributed relief materials worth millions of naira to victims of recent floods in Loko Development Area of Nasarawa State.

Presenting the relief materials, Engineer Sule said both the federal and Nasarawa State governments, found it necessary to come to the aid of the people affected by the recent flood through the distribution of relief materials to alleviate their plight.
