Mamman spoke at the launch of its new Corporate Services Office on Thursday in Osogbo, saying the company also unveiled its FinTech platform to expand the frontiers of job creation and improve human capital development in the state.

The unveiling of the 8BM Freight system corporate service office is expected to solidify its new presence in Osogbo, even as the company reaffirms its position to build smart, more connected logistics solutions while investing in the people and communities that matter most.

Mamman, who described students from various secondary schools as “the heartbeat of the event,” noted that 8BM’s CSR initiatives aim to plant seeds of innovation, discipline, and ambition.

She further affirmed the company’s belief that success is measured by the positive impact it creates, and she called on educators, institutions, and public leaders to collaborate in building a future where logistics and education drive shared progress.

Also speaking, Professor Saliu Ameen of the University of Ilorin urged the company to maintain transparency and focus, while Chief Tunde Busari, publisher of Thetabloid.net, applauded the company’s decision to include students in the event and described it as a forward-thinking gesture.

For his part, Dr. Tobi Badmus, CEO of 8BM Freight, expressed deep gratitude to all attendees and described the event as a homecoming.

“This is more than a business expansion. It is a return to my roots, to the community that shaped me and to the place that will now power our future,” he said.
