The comedian even made sure to customize his stage name in the huge pool he added to his property. Sabinus also made sure to debunk claims that he got his property for N100m.Neverthless this acquisition has put him in the league of skit makers who are landlords.

2. Cute Abiola

Famous online skit maker/comedian, Abiola Abdul-Gafar popularly called Cute Abiola, has joined the league of celebrities who are landlords.

The skit maker took to his Instagram story to share photos of the house while congratulating himself on the latest achievement.

According to the comedian, the new house is the beginning of more incredible things to come.

Sharing the post, Cute Abiola wrote: Congratulations on your new house blood. This is just the beginning @thecuteabiola

3. Ashmusy 

In March 2023, Ashmusy showed off her Lagos mansion. As expected, social media went abuzz with reactions, but Ashmusy took out time to appreciate everyone who has been supportive of her craft.The interior of the influencer’s home screams luxury. 

4. Zic Saloma 

The popular comedian Saloma shared a photo of the house which was still being worked on by painters. Congratulatory messages poured in for the young man who clearly put in the work.

5. Kennyblaq 

Kennyblaq joined the real estate investment this year and showed off a video of his luxury mansion. The humour-merchant said he initially wanted to keep the news private but only decided to share it since it was a blessing from God. Nigerians couldn’t help but point out how hardworking and consistent the comedian has been over the years. 

6. Laugh Pills Comedy

 Earlier during the year, the funny man was one of those who flaunted newly built mansions. In photos and videos of the property making the rounds, Laugh Pills’ impressive new home sat in a very large compound with other small buildings still in the same space. Laugh Pills’ property, which was painted a sparkling white colour also boasts of ample parking space among other things.

7. Prophet Rolex 

Skit maker Prophet Rolex clocked 30 and just like Zic Saloma, he decided to celebrate with a house. The comedian showed off his bungalow and the yet to be furnished interior. Fans in awe of Rolex’s achievement congratulated and celebrated him. 

8. OGB Recent

Popular skit maker, OGB Recent made news after purchasing a luxurious home in a posh neighbourhood of Lagos, Lekki.

Excited to share his new acquisition with fans, the comedian posted several updates on his official Instagram page.

In one of his posts, OGB Recent proudly showcased his stunning house, striking poses outside the property.

He captioned the post “Another level of ginger landlord moods I said yes to the new address New hux new address.”

Then he uploaded a video of the inner parts of his newly bought house, including moments in which he signed some paperwork.

The video showed OGB entering his home and displaying its breathtaking staircase.

Later, while he was in the bathroom, he was seen shedding tears of gratitude to God while sitting in his bathtub.

OGB Recent acknowledged that despite the numerous challenges he had faced, God had blessed him with a house in Lekki.

9. Nons Miraj

Popular Nigerian female Skit maker, Chinonso Ukah, professionally known as Nons Miraj has become a landlady. 

In an Instagram post on Saturday, she announced that she recently acquired a property.

Posting photos of herself in front of the property, she wrote;

‘’WELCOME THE LATEST LANDLADY IN TOWN”
