In a petition by Barrister Ahmed Gambo Saleh Esq on behalf of Eppa community, the community alleged acts by the office of public prosecution to advise on the release of the suspects.

“We bring to the notice of the public on the purported falsification of  the DPP’s  advice on the murder of Alhassan Eppa on a hospital bed in Mokwa.

“The first three suspects with one master-minder is set to be set off the hook through the alleged advice from the DPP and it is being perpetrated by a  staff member of the ministry who is a relation of the accused persons,” the petition said.

LEADERSHIP Sunday gathered that the people of Eppa are agitated by the development as they fear that more of their people might be attacked if the suspects are not made to face the law.
