5stars League: Lord Honour, Obodo Starlight Through To Final

Lord Honour FC and Obodo Starlight FC are to the final of the Warri center of the ongoing Merrybet 5stars Premier League.

To reach the final, Lord Honour defeated Sporting FC 4-3 in a keenly contested semifinal match played at the Dacemps AstroTurf Pitch in Warri, Delta State. While, Obodo Starlight edged out Galaxy FC 5-3 to book their place in the final.

The competition, which is holding simultaneously in two centers of Abuja and Warri, have seen the display of top level football artistries with some big teams sent packing from the tournament.

In Abuja, it will be Tribe Like FC going for the jugular of M88 FC in the seminal clash slated for today, while 12 Strong FC will up against Suicide Jibril FC on Saturday, July 15. The final match at the Abuja Center holds on Sunday, July 16, at AstroTurf Pitch in Wuse Zone 4.

Meanwhile, Lagos and Ibadan regions of the competition will kick off August 8 and 12 respectively.
