Kaduna State governor, Uba Sani, has met the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Nigeria, Abdelaziz Albisher, in Abuja to effectively address developmental challenges and revamp his state’s economy.

The chief press secretary to the governor, Muhammad Lawal Shehu, in a statement said the meeting served as a follow-up to their initial engagement and demonstrated the commitment of the Kaduna State government to forging strategic and sustainable partnerships with development agencies.

Shehu said Governor Sani believes that by forging strategic alliances with development agencies, the state government will tap into external expertise, resources, and funding opportunities that will contribute to the overall growth and revitalization of the economy of Kaduna State.

The statement explained that the governor informed the top diplomat that the Kaduna State government is dedicated to leveraging the expertise and resources of international development agencies to accelerate its development efforts and achieve sustainable growth.

On his part, Ambassador Albisher expressed keen interest in making Kaduna State a pilot beneficiary of the Kuwait Fund in Nigeria.
