Gov Fubara Congratulates Wike On Ministerial Nomination

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has congratulated the immediate-past governor of the state, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, on his nomination as a Minister by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Fubara, in a congratulatory message posted on his social media handles, described the nomination as “well deserved.”

The message reads in part: “On behalf of the government and good people of Rivers State, we heartily congratulate our indefatigable leader and democrat, Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo @GovWike, CON, GSSRS, Life Bencher, immediate past governor of Rivers State, on your well deserved nomination as Minister designate by the President and Commander-in-Chief, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

“Indeed, your commitment to the unity and advancement of our dear country propelled your push for equity, justice and fairness.

“We believe that you will continue to make an impact by joining the team of great leaders to change our national narratives for the good of humanity.

“Congratulations, our great leader.”
