As part of an effort to reduce the unemployment rate in the country, Chidubem’s Alitof Properties and Associates Ltd, is pioneering a new narrative in the world of Nigerian real estate has perfected a plan to creates job opportunities for unemployed Nigerians through the real estate industry particularly

the youth and to enable them to channel their potential to a productive venture.

In a statement shared with journalists on Friday, The Founder of the Alitof,Amb. Rotr. Comr. Alili Tochukwu Chidubem said Beyond the conventional notions of real estate development, this visionary enterprise is carving a path that transcends profit, placing the needs of its clients and investors at the heart of its mission.

Alili explained that t he major mission of Alitof Properties and Associates Ltd is to glorify God Almighty by putting the vast interests of its clients/investors above its own,” underscores Chidubem.

While speaking on the journey of the estates firm, he said “Behind Alitof Properties and Associates Ltd lies the remarkable journey of Amb. Comr. Alili Tochukwu Chidubem. Rising from a humble background, he intimately understands the struggles faced by many in a nation grappling with housing disparities and limited opportunities.

” This understanding has become the driving force behind his unwavering commitment to uplift his community.

“The bitter truth is that people like me that come from a very poor background in a country like Nigeria are already losing 1:0 to life right from the very moment we were born,” Chidubem candidly states.

” My commitment to his peers goes beyond words. He has translated his passion into action by initiating various projects that directly impact the lives of those around him. From providing free educational resources to supporting financially strained students, his altruism resonates deeply.

“Comr. Alili Tochukwu Chidubem personally paid the school fees of more than thirty (30) fellow students,” highlighting his dedication to education and empowerment.

The delicate balance between business success and philanthropy is seamlessly achieved by Chidubem. His commitment to his vision of community transformation is unwavering.

“I am also a youth. I know what we the youths are suffering in this country. So, my company intends to build and own a few mega factories that will create job opportunities for at least five (5) million Nigerian youths by 2035,” he asserts.
