A clash of supremacy amongst hoodlums in Jibowu area of Lagos State, on Tuesday morning created tension.

LEADERSHIP gathered that the supremacy battle resulted in intermittent gunshots in the area notorious for nefarious activities.

Although no casualty has been recorded in the clash as of the time of filing this report, the pandemonium in the area resulted in traffic gridlock, thereby paralyzing commercial activities in the axis.

Spokesperson, Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, a Superintendent of Police in a tweet said the command was aware of the clash in Jibowu, but said patrol teams had been deployed to the area to restore normalcy.
