Media Forum Congratulates Information Minister

A nongovernmental organisation, Northern Media Forum, has congratulated the minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris Malagi, acknowledging the inflow of well-wishes since his appointment.

The chairman, Northern Media Forum, Dan Agbese, who stated this in a statement yesterday in Abuja, expressed pride that a member had been entrusted by President Bola Tinubu with the role of managing the administration’s image.

Agbese said President Tinubu could not have made a better choice for this vital position.

Highlighting the minister’s long-standing affiliation with the Northern Media Forum, Mr. Agbese stressed that the minister is now their ambassador within the Tinubu administration, and they have full confidence in his ability to fulfill his responsibilities efficiently and patriotically.

Agbese urged the minister to use his extensive experience as a respected newspaper publisher in discharging his ministerial duties.

He urged him to uphold the belief in the media and public relations as instruments for the greater good of the administration and the nation as a whole.
