Ilebaye Wins BBNaija All-Stars Edition

After 92 days of being in the Big Brother House, Ilebaye Promise Odiniya, has emerged as the winner of the All Stars Big Brother Naija edition, becoming a proud winner of N120 million cash prize.

The 22-year-old and acclaimed ‘Gen Z Baddie’ has fought battles in the house, overcoming eviction nights and surged on hoping to get to the grand finale and now has won the contest, beating a former winner, Mercy Eke.

Ilebaye who hails from Kogi State is a social media personality, entrepreneur, model and actress.

Speaking to the show anchor, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the beauty said she is all out to build her empire, ‘Gen Z Baddie’.

Ilebaye, according to statistics, got 30.8 per cent votes beating Mercy Eke and Cee C who both  got more than 23.48 per cent and 23.41 per cent respectively.

The lady shot into the spotlight in 2022 after appearing in Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ Season 7 reality show. Ilebaye made it to the top six finalists with Cross, Adekunle, Mercy Eke, Pere and Cee C.

The reality show which was majorly sponsored by Monnie Point, had 20 housemates who started the contest. They include Doyin, Princess, Seyi, Ike, Frodd, Neo, Venita, Cross, Angel, Kidwaya, Whitemoney, Adekunle, Mercy, Ilebaye, Cee C, Soma, Alex, Pere, TolaniBaj.

Weeks into the contest, which has become the most watched reality show in Africa, four fake housemates were introduced to spice up the show and unsettle the real contestants. The fake housemates were Kim Oprah, Lucy, Prince and Omatshola.

The reality show which had a three-man jury introduced in the early eviction shows had much drama, suspense and thrills for the fans.

Meanwhile, Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello has extended his warm congratulations to Ilebaye.

The governor in a statement signed by his chief press secretary, Mohammed Onogwu, described Ilebaye, a Criminology graduate from Salem University, Lokoja, as a true trendsetter.

He believes her victory unequivocally confirms her brilliance, unwavering perseverance and commendable humility.

He said, “I am delighted to congratulate one of our own in Kogi State, Ilebaye Odiniya, for emerging as the winner of the Big Brother Naija Allstars Season reality television show.

“Ilebaye, you are a trendsetter who has excelled in both academic and social spheres, and this victory is a testament to your brilliance, intellect and maturity. Your determination, resilience, and poise set you apart during the three months you spent in the house.”
