Experts in human resources have explained that global exposure has not only broadened his horizons but has also provided him with a diverse perspective essential in the ever-expanding field of talent acquisition.

Oreoluwa attributed his commitment to professional development as one of the reasons for obtaining a Licensed Human Resource Professional (HRPL) designation and becoming an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM).

Regarding networking, he emphasized its significance, stating, “Networking is invaluable in this field. It’s not just about connecting with professionals; it’s about building relationships.”

“My role involves interacting with a wide range of individuals, from candidates to hiring managers and colleagues within the industry. This network-centric approach enables me to stay at the forefront of the latest developments, fostering a collaborative and informed talent acquisition strategy.”

Furthermore, Oreoluwa encouraged Nigerian youths to embrace adaptability, as it is another cornerstone of success. He pointed out that the world of work is changing rapidly, and talent managers must adapt to thrive.

Oreoluwa highlighted his career trajectory, from being an intern in the Joint Venture Planning department of the National Petroleum Investment Management Services in Nigeria to his current managerial role at Bentley Systems. This journey reflects his ability to embrace change and navigate challenges with resilience.
