Senator Enang will be the chairman of the occasion. The summit, themed ‘Pocket Friedly Homes’ and being organised by Goland Construction Nigeria Limited, is slated for Wednesday, December 20, 2023, in Abuja.

According to the organisers of the summit, major big stake players in the housing industry will make insightful presentations on the state of the housing development in Nigeria.

In a press statement signed by the executive director/CEO of Goland Construction Nigeria Ltd, Solomon Ita Enang, he said besides an expo session of 100 top properties in Abuja, other side attractions of the summit include Gala and Awards.

“To crown it all, renowned speakers with wide knowledge on some penetrating strategic-tips that will be gainful to developers, off-takers and vendors will also feature,” he added.
