Nasarawa Varsity Lecturer Gets Fellowship Appointment

A senior lecturer with the Department of Mass Communication, Nasarawa State University Keffi (NSUK), Dr Santas  Tsegyu has been appointed a research fellow in the Department of Media Management, University of Religions and Denominations Pardisan, Qom, Iran.

According to the appointment which takes effect from December 1, 2023, Dr Tsegyu is to undertake research remotely and publish his findings in Scopus Indexed Journals.

Dr Tsegyu, who has taught at the Nasarawa State Polytechnic (Now Isa Mustapha Agwai Polytechnic Lafia) and the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University Lapai, Niger State, is well read scholar who has written several articles in both local and international journals and has jointly published several books on Mass Communication, Public Relations, Development Communication and Political Communication.

He is currently the postgraduate coordinator in the Department of Mass Communication in NSUK and the national deputy secretary of the African Council for Communication Education (ACCE), Nigeria.
