The Chairman, Abdul Samad Rabiu Africa Initiative (ASR Africa), Alhaji Abdul Samad Rabiu, has flagged off the construction of N250 million adminitrative block and a conference room for the Al-qalam University, Katsina State.

Speaking at the ground breaking event in Katsina, the ASR Africa’s Managing Director, Dr Ubon Udoh, said the project priotised its intervention in education as a transformative sector for the nation.
