Edo high chief and businessman, Iyadua Vincent Igietemoh, has supported youth associations, urging well-meaning Nigerians and philanthropists to empower them to become leaders and change agents.

Igietemoh noted that the art of LEADERSHIP was intrinsic and needed to be trained and developed by every progressive individual, especially youths, as more is expected from Nigerian youths to develop the capacity to tackle challenges facing the nation.

The oil magnate and CEO of Vinnex Investment Services Limited stated this at a ceremony to formally induct him as a member of the Board of Trustees of the progressive youth group Nigerian Youth Assembly of Nigeria (NYAN).

This momentous occasion recognised Igietemoh’s outstanding contributions as a philanthropist, community builder and inspiration to the next generation.

Igietemoh, who commended the leadership of the NYAN, reiterated his commitment to supporting initiatives that empower Nigerian youths. “It is a profound honour to be entrusted with this role.

I am committed to working with NYAN to inspire and support our country’s next generation of leaders. I want all well-meaning Nigerians, philanthropists, parents and the Ministry of Youth Development to train and empower the youths to become leaders and change agents,” he said. The conferment ceremony marked a significant milestone in recognising the efforts of leaders making substantial contributions to the nation’s progress.

The deputy speaker of NYAN, Ambassador Emmanuel Benjamin Udomoh who led a high-powered delegation to confer the BoT honour to Igietemor, commended his remarkable impact on community development and youth initiatives across Nigeria, stating, “Senior Royal High Chief Igietemoh’s dedication to community building and philanthropy sets a remarkable example for young Nigerians. His leadership in the oil sector and commitment to social causes have significantly advanced our collective mission.”

Udomoh noted that as a respected philanthropist, “Igietemoh has been instrumental in various community development projects and charitable activities, solidifying his status as a respected figure in the business and social sectors. His journey from an industry leader to a key figure in youth advocacy continues to inspire many, embodying the spirit of progress and dedication.”
