ROSOWA New President Assumes Office

Following the appointment of Mallam Shehu Mohammed as the new Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), his wife, Hajiya Nafisa Shehu has taken over as the new president of the Road Safety Officers Wives Association (ROSOWA).

At the event at the national secretariat of ROSOWA in Abuja on Monday, Hajiya Nafisa took over from the erstwhile president of the association, Hajiya Aisha B iu.

FRSC spokesperson, Olusegun Ogungbemide, in a statement, said the new president commended her predecessor for the exceptional leadership offered as president and assured of her resolve to build on the legacies handed over to her.

She pledged her commitment towards promoting collaboration and bringing up strategic initiatives that will promote unity amongst members.

While appreciating God for the opportunity to serve, Hajiya Nafisa implored members of the association to give her the necessary support to make her tenure successful and impactful.
