Cavalli Group, a prominent player across multiple sectors such as Real Estate, Consultancy, Facility Management, Construction, Infrastructure, and Energy, has recently broken ground on The Bellagio Lagos. This luxurious high-rise residential facility is strategically located on Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, one of Lagos’ prime locations.

Cavalli Group emphasised the importance of attracting investment into global and emerging markets to deliver innovative housing solutions.

They affirmed that the groundbreaking of Bellagio Lagos will yield significant returns on investment (RoI), rental income, and enhance access to key city locations for residential, commercial, and multinational purposes.

Described as a powerful addition to the Lagos skyline, The Bellagio Lagos will feature sophisticated designer apartments that redefine luxury living, ensuring no detail is overlooked and no quality is spared.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Emmanuel Odemayowa, group managing director of Cavalli Group, outlined the project’s two phases. “The first phase, for which the foundation was laid, includes The Bellagio Lagos residence, also known as ADRAO Tower. It will be located at the rear of the site and will consist of nine suspended floors, with the ground floor designated as a recreation area and the remaining floors as residential apartments.”

The second phase will encompass the main Bellagio, featuring hotel apartments and office spaces situated at the front, where the show office is being established.

These towers will seamlessly blend space, comfort, functionality, and world-class amenities including a rooftop helipad, swimming pool, spa, 24/7 security surveillance, multi-sport court, fully equipped gym, and fully fitted kitchens.

Additional amenities include a 5-star café and restaurant, interiors designed by Roberto Cavalli, custom Italian bathroom designs, and panoramic views of the ocean and city.

“The Bellagio Lagos guarantees residents world-class amenities and a perfect balance between serenity and fast-paced urban living,” said Odemayowa.
