The family of the assistant head boy of the Air Force Comprehensive School, Kaduna, Felix Blaise, who was allegedly murdered in the school dormitory by two Senior Secondary SS3 students, has called for justice.

A member of the family who identified himself as Paul broke the silence over the death of their son made the demand when he spoke with the media in Kaduna.

Paul said the late Felix was his nephew and an orphan who lost his parents in 2013.

LEADERSHIP broke the news on Saturday over the murder of Felix.

However, Paul said the best the management of the school and the Nigerian Air Force can do to honour the deceased is to  intensify efforts and unravel what led to his death.

Paul said he visited late Felix during the Sallah break, and he was sound, saying he and the entire family were still in shock over his death, whom he described as a brilliant and disciplined student.

He said the family was informed about the death of their nephew by the education secretary of the Air Force Base

“We were assured that an investigation is going on to fish out the culprits and ensure justice is served.

“We as a family trust in the integrity of the school and the Air Force and we are confident that the killers of our son will not escape punishment,” he said.

Before his unfortunate incident, Felix was the assistant head boy of the school.

LEADERSHIP earlier reported that the deceased was allegedly murdered by two SS3 students in the school dormitory within the Air Force Base in Mando, Kaduna.
