Nigerian Afrobeats star, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, has arrived in India to perform at the wedding of Asia’s richest man’s son, Anant Ambani, and daughter of pharma tycoons Viren and Shaila Merchant, Radhika Merchant.

The ‘Calm Down’ crooner on Thursday posted a video of himself walking towards a private chartered plane in an all-black outfit.

Rema added ‘Azaman’ off his recently released sophomore album, ‘He Is,’ as background music and posted an emoji of an Indian tricolor on Instagram.

According to Hindjustan Times, Rema is charging $3 million to perform his global hit song ‘Calm Down’ at the event.

He will perform alongside Canadian singer Justin Bieber who was also paid $10 million for his performance at the event.

Pop star Rihanna also performed at the event for an undisclosed fee.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant will tie the knot on Friday, July 12 at the Jio World Centre in Bandra Kurla Centre (BKC) in Mumbai.

The four-day wedding extravaganza in Mumbai City is the final stop in a string of lavish parties the family has hosted since March.
