Also the head of Abuja branch, Malam Ibrahim Muhammed Garki, in his speech said that the association has young people from every zone in Abuja to enlighten the world that they are ready for this journey of youth enlightenment and empowerment.

He called for cooperation saying the first thing they need is cooperation from the youth, adding if they get cooperation from the youths they would succeed in whatever they do. He said the second thing is to let them know that politics is not about profit and urged against use of alcohol and other vices, adding that it is one of the things that they want to see end among the youth.

He added that our leaders should know that the power now belongs to the youth, but these youths are being used to kidnap people to collect ransom money, saying the association wants to bring such vices to an end.

The meeting was attended by Abba Halliru Ashura, National Youth President, Jidda Sa’id Abubakar, National Welfare and General Admin, Nura Shehu Ido Dodon Boye, Chairman Tafiyar Youth Kano State Chapter/National Legal Adviser 02, Yunusa Adamu Sokoto, Organising Secretary of Sokoto Chapter.
