Rotary Club has set its focus on improving educational facilities in the Federal Capital Territory to give students a better learning environment and enhance their capacity.
The 26th president of the Rotary Club of Wuse Central, Dr Tomola Emaleku, made this known while speaking to journalists after his investiture, stressing that the club had finalised arrangements to build a digital library at the Government Secondary School in Apo District of Abuja.
He said: “We have seven areas of focus but my major project is on education and literacy, which is establishing a digital library at the Government Secondary School, Apo.” He said further the library would ease students’ access to information to aid their studies, especially in this modern period.
