Rivers State Youth Ethnic Youth Leaders Coalition (RSEYLC) has called on President Bola Tinubu to address Nigerians on the concerns of the #EndBadGovernance protesters.

RSEYLC in a statement in Port Harcourt yesterday, stated that a timely address by Tinubu would reassure the populace and clarify the government’s stance as it outlines steps to address the protesters’ grievances.
The statement, which was signed by the group’s chairman, Dr. Legborsi Yamaabana, further stated that such an address can bring the protests to an end and restore calm.

The coalition applauded Governor Siminalayi Fubara on the way he approached and addressed the protesters in the state on Thursday, where he assured them of the support of the state government.

Describing Fubara’s action a sign of exemplary democratic leadership, Yamaabana, urged people of the state to continue supporting him by maintaining peace during and after the protest period.
