The distribution is being done in the premises of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Akpakpava Junction located at the Ring Road, Benin, the Edo State capital.

The hired vehicles that will convey the materials to various locations are already stationed by the CBN which has been cordoned off and closed to commercial activities as buses plied one way to enter and exit the area.

The State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), Onuoha Anugbum, was present to supervise the distribution of the materials.

Anugbum confirmed the development to journalists before the commencement of the distribution of materials.
