Abbas A True Democrat, Passionate Leader, Kalu Hails House Of Reps Speaker At 59

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, has congratulated the Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, on the occasion of his 59th birthday anniversary.

Kalu, in a congratulatory message, described Speaker Abbas as a true democrat, remarkable, passionate and dependable leader who is committed to developing, sustaining Nigeria’s democracy and promoting good governance through effective legislation.

The Deputy Speaker, in a statement signed his Special Assistant on Press Affairs, Udora Orizu, noted that Abbas has exhibited pragmatic leadership style since the inauguration of the 10th National Assembly for the benefit of all Nigerians, saying that his passion to see the country transform for good was commendable.

He added that with the Speaker’s exemplary leadership and guidance, the 10th House of Representatives is poised for remarkable accomplishments.
