CIPN, therefore extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Planning Committee, partners, and all contributors to the success of this momentous event, underscoring the vital role of collaboration in sustaining the initiative’s success. The lecture series serves as a reminder that in today’s rapidly evolving business environment, collective efforts are essential for achieving greatness.

Meanwhile, its 58th Induction Ceremony for the Lagos State HR/Administrative Cadre, with the theme: ‘The Service, the Civil Servant, and the Profession: Rebuilding Excellence and Public Trust in the Civil Service,’ at  the Lagos State Secretariat welcomed over 178 new inductees through both the executive and HR practitioners’ routes.

The ceremony featured the chairman of the Lagos State Civil Service Commission, Olubunmi Fabamwo, as the distinguished guest speaker.

In her keynote address, Fabamwo emphasised the importance of professionalism in human resource management within the public sector.
