The Minister, who was represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Yakubu Adams Kofarmata, reiterated the commitment of the Ministry to the actualisation of the government’s reform initiatives, such as “its readiness to go digital; commencement of staff performance assessment; consistent observation of the Reward and Recognition System for outstanding performance; commitment to staff capacity development and the institutionalisation of Innovation Competition/Challenge to tap the capabilities of staff, as well as many others,”.

While declaring the retreat, the minister urged participants to fully comply with their assigned duties by FCSSIP25 and pay attention to the lectures.
