The people of Owa-Onire community in the Ile-Ire district of Ifelodun local government area of the Kwara State, have appreciated Kwara State government on development projects being carried out across the state, especially as it affected communities in the Ile-Ire district.
The people expressed their excitement on the construction of Owu Water Falls road project .
The chairman of Owa-Onire Central Planning Committee, Mal. Saka Ogunbiyi, said that the various development projects embarked upon by the AbdulRazaq’s administration are capable of improving socioeconomic lives of the people and the state, and as well take the state to greater heights.
He congratulated the governor on the successful conduct of the recent Local government elections in the state.
He said that the victory of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at the council polls was a clear appreciation of the people of the state to the governor for the good work he has been doing in the last five years.
The community chairman, on behalf of In the Onire of Owa-Onire, Oba Ramonu Ifabiyi III, and the people of the community felicitated with the governor on the conferment of traditional title of Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate on him by the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari.
